Cancellation Policy?
No cancellations. No refunds will be provided for no shows.
How late can I book?
Book ahead as spaces fill quickly! Whatever shows on the calendar is what is available.
What happens if I am intoxicated?
If you appear intoxicated you will not be able to participate. We take safety seriously. We reserve the right to refuse service.
What happens if I am late?
Your experience will start at the time of your booking. You are REQUIRED to arrive at the start of your scheduled booking! If you are late you risk not being able to participate. There are no refunds or changes available upon arriving late to your assigned booking time.
What happens if I need to leave the room?
We care about your safety! At least one door will always be unlocked in case of an emergency.
Do we have to wear special costumes to play the game?
Not at all! If you would like to dress in costume, we encourage it! However, we do not require anything but yourself in order to participate.
How old do I have to be to play?
In order to participate in the experience, participants must be 7 years of age and older with teams between 3 (recommended 4) to 8 players.

Wonderful Team building Experience...
We had a wonderful experience! We chose the escape room for a team building exercise with our staff at Central Washington Oral and Facial Surgery and everyone is raving about how much fun they had because It was super challenging, but also so fun for everyone involved!
Family and Birthday Event!
We went to the escape room as a birthday present for one of our family members, moreover, Everyone had a great time. It was challenging but fun. You work together with your friends and family in solving a mystery so I would recommend anybody who likes mysteries and puzzles, or who wants to do an activity with friends and family that is creative and outside the typical box to try Escape Tactics in Wenatchee.
Large Group Event!
We had so much fun here. We went as a large group and had split and used 2 rooms. Our group was able to make it out with a few minutes to spare and the other did not so we would definitely go back if I had the chance.
